About Me
I began my career as a framer, quickly advancing to a superintendent role where I sharpened my skills in the field. While completing college and business school, I expanded my career into project management, preconstruction management, and business development. After 15 years in the industry, I transitioned into an executive management role and became a part-owner of a general contracting firm, which tripled in size with the help of my leadership.
With over 23 years of experience in general contracting, I’ve gained deep knowledge across nearly every aspect of the business. I’ve led complex projects, forged new business opportunities, negotiated key contracts, implemented accounting and ERP systems, and helped guide a top-performing company to sustained growth. Throughout my career, I’ve built strong relationships through successful projects and learned invaluable lessons from the challenging ones. Today, my focus is on helping general contractors secure more work, master preconstruction, and develop their next generation of leaders.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying the Colorado outdoors with my wife and three children, skiing and camping as much as possible. I hold a BA in Philosophy from Colorado State University and an Executive MBA from UC Denver.
